From an imaginary child’s tale to an inspirational love story to a stylish thriller, Focus Features’ 2016 awards slate showcased a diverse range of films. Our goal was to create a seamless and engaging FYC (For Your Consideration) experience that presented each film elegantly and efficiently, ensuring that voters had access to the essential content, trailers, and insights needed to make informed decisions.
By balancing visual storytelling with intuitive navigation, we developed a platform celebrating each film’s unique identity while maintaining a cohesive and streamlined awards-season hub.
A Flexible Approach
FYC season is a fast-paced, ever-evolving process—new content must be added, updated, or removed in real-time. To accommodate this, we built the site with a flexible CMS, allowing us to effortlessly insert, swap, or modify content on the fly without disrupting the site’s structure.
This efficient content management system ensured that the platform remained current, adaptable, and easy to maintain, allowing the Focus team to focus on their campaigns rather than site upkeep.
