To promote The American, we designed and built this rich media pushdown to give users a taste of what it's like to be a sniper working in an Italian town.

Art Direction
Inspired by the film's striking vintage key art, we created an animation that incorporated its bold orange hues and halftone textures. By integrating these elements into the title cards of the progressive ad units, we enhanced the film's gritty, stylized aesthetic while preserving a cinematic feel.
Become a Sniper
For the user-initiated pushdown experience, we designed an interactive sequence that places users directly in the perspective of George Clooney’s character. As users hover over different pushdown buttons, the sniper scope dynamically adjusts its magnification, zooming in and out on the film's setting's quaint yet ominous mountain town.
